The Legacy

Our story begins with a bowl of pho created by our grandmother over 100 years ago that has brought great joy and memories to her family and friends in Vietnam. As a third-generation pho chef, we are delighted to share that same traditional and authentic pho recipe with our patrons and community. We strive to uphold our grandmother’s traditional cooking techniques as well as incorporating more modern and refined cooking methods.

Why is our Pho unique and different?

We use our grandmother’s traditional techniques and the finest techniques curated by chefs in order to have the best of both worlds presented to you in a bowl of Pho.

Techniques

– We carefully select the best bones
– We soak them in salt water with ginger and lime overnight
– The next day, we boil the bones for 15 minutes in order to deep clean the bones
– Then we wash them with cold water before slow cooking the bones for at least 12 hours to make the most flavorful broth

Secrets Recipes

Pho is not Pho without a signature aroma.

To create a distinct scent and delectable broth for Pho:

1. We roast black cardamom, star anise, cloves, fennel seeds, and coriander seeds.
2. We fuse the components together with their specified ratios into the broth for a precise time.

While preparing the aroma above, we caramelize the onion and ginger by baking them which will add a natural flavor and sweetness to the broth.

Incorporating these techniques with the replenishing side dish of basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños, and lime delivered every morning from the local supermarket; we bring to everyone the most enticing bowl of Pho in the nation.
